The above AFF modules are offered as a suite of XML-related topics and are open to students who are new to such technologies as well as to those who may have some grounding already. Each module is worth 5 ECTS and is comprised of ten hours of lectures (delivered in two-hour blocks over five days) along with one 2-hour tutorial (per module) and a continual assessment exercise (again, per module). The modules are two weeks each in duration and can be run throughout March and April 2012. Availability of the modules is subject to application by each individual student as well as minimum and maximum class numbers.
